HOW TO ENTER: During the Contest Entry Period, visit www.Refuel.BodyByMilk.com and follow the instructions provided to: (i) complete the Contest registration process and upload and submit either a photo with caption of no more than 30 words OR a video no more than 2 minutes in length that portrays milk as your team's post-recovery drink of choice; and (ii) nominate your team coach for Coach of the Year by providing his/her full name and a 30 word caption as to how your coach influences the team to choose milk (collectively, the "entry"). Video must be submitted in .avi, .wmv, or .mov format and cannot exceed 6 megabytes in size. Each entry will be deemed submitted by the entrant's team and not any single individual who enters his/her team into the Contest. The person submitting the entry will be deemed designated representative for the team submitting the entry and such person will be authorized to make decisions on behalf of the team and if such team's entry is selected as a winner, such individual will be contacted and required to return all required documents (as outlined more completely below). Multiple entries submitted by any team must be substantially different from any other entry submitted by such team, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on June 30, 2008 to be considered. For purposes of these Official Rules, "receipt" of an entry occurs when Sponsor's servers record the entry information resulting from entrant clicking the "Submit Entry" button. Any automated computer receipt (such as one confirming delivery of entry) does not constitute proof of actual receipt by Sponsor for purposes of these Official Rules.

By submitting an entry, each team member (or, if an eligible minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) hereby grants permission for the entry to be posted on www.Refuel.BodyByMilk.com for viewing by visitors to the web site and otherwise used as set forth herein. Sponsor may post sample photos and video on www.refuel.bodybymilk.com. These sample photos/videos will not be included in the judging and will not be eligible to receive prizes. Each team member (or, if an eligible minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) agrees that Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for any unauthorized use of entries, photos and/or videos by third parties. Released Parties do not guarantee the posting of any entry.

Entry must be the original work of the team, may not have been previously published, may not have won previous awards, and must not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, rights of privacy, publicity or other intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity. If the entry contains any material or elements that are not owned by the team and/or which are subject to the rights of third parties, the team is responsible for obtaining, prior to submission of the entry, any and all releases and consents necessary to permit the use and exhibition of the entry by Sponsor in the manner set forth in these Official Rules, including, without limitation, name and likeness permissions from any person who appears in or is identifiable in the entry who is not a team member. If any identifiable person appearing in the entry is under the age of majority in his/her state of residence, the parent or legal guardian is required to provide permission. Sponsor reserves the right to request proof of these permissions in a form acceptable to Sponsor from the team at any time. By submitting an entry, each team member (or, if an eligible minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) warrants and represents that he/she and any persons appearing or who are identifiable in the entry consent to the submission and use of the entry in the Contest, to its posting on www.BodyByMilk.com or www.refuel.bodtbymilk.com in connection with the Contest and to its use as otherwise set forth herein.

Each entry (and caption) (i) must pertain to the athletic team that is submitting the entry, (ii) must be team's own original work, (iii) may not have been previously published or submitted in any other contest, (iv) must be in keeping with the Sponsor's image and (v) may not be inappropriate or offensive, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion, nor can it defame or invade publicity rights or privacy of any person, living or deceased, or otherwise infringe upon any person's personal or property rights or any other third party rights. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry for any reason, including any entry it deems to be offensive, inappropriate or is not in keeping with Sponsor's image or that is otherwise not in compliance with these rules, in its sole discretion.

JUDGING: All eligible entries received will be judged by a panel of qualified independent judges based on following criteria: (1) portrayal of milk as a refuel/recovery beverage choice (50%); (2) creativity (25%); and (3) feeling of team camaraderie (25%) ("Judging Criteria"). The top twenty-five (25) scoring entries will be deemed winners, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these rules. In the event of a tie, an additional tie-breaking judge will determine the winners using the Judging Criteria. Sponsor reserves the right to choose fewer than twenty-five (25) winners if, in its sole discretion, it does not receive a sufficient number of eligible and qualified entries.

Coach of the Year Selection: One (1) nominated Coach from among the winning entries will be determined Coach of the Year by a panel of qualified independent judges based on the caption's originality of how the Coach influences his/her team to choose milk as its recovery beverage of choice. In the event of a tie, an additional tie-breaking judge will determine the Coach of the Year using the criteria listed herein. Sponsor reserves the right not to choose a Coach of the Year if, in its sole discretion, it does not receive a sufficient number of eligible and qualified nominations.

Potential winners will be notified by telephone, mail and/or email. Prizes will be awarded to the athletic department of the schools named on the official entry forms (subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules) as opposed to the individual who entered on behalf of the team. The potential Coach of the Year, team members of each winning school team (and, if minors, their parents or legal guardians) and an authorized representative of each winning school's athletic department will be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release (unless prohibited by law), which must be returned within ten (10) days of date appearing on prize notification. Return of prize or prize notification as undeliverable, failure to sign and return requested documentation within ten (10) days of date of issuance, or noncompliance with these Official Rules will result in disqualification and the prize may be awarded to the applicable runner-up, at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor's and judges' decisions are final and binding. PRIZES & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES ("ARV"): Team Grand Prize (25): Each winning team's athletic department will receive a $1,000 grant and a special assembly to be held at the school, complete with branded school coolers and new adidas® sports equipment (selected by Sponsor). A local athlete/celebrity may appear at assembly, but is not guaranteed and subject to availability. All assembly details, including length and athlete/celebrity to be designated by Sponsor. Designated athlete/celebrity's appearance is subject to availability. Sponsor reserves the right to record and videotape the assembly and interview attendees (and the results of the proceeds shall be owned by Sponsor), and use said recordings in any and all media now known or hereafter created throughout the world in perpetuity. Assembly participants (or, if eligible minors, their parents or legal guardians) may be required to execute and return a publicity release prior to assembly.

School athletic departments and Coach of the Year are solely responsible for all expenses, costs or fees associated with acceptance and/or use of a prize not specified herein as being awarded including, without limitation, any and all federal, state, and local taxes.
